Corrie Lodge House is now closed.
Over the past few months, we’ve been fighting hard to keep our new business open in the face of a global pandemic and the resulting international lockdown. Sadly, we’ve had to accept that the fight is lost on this front, and we’ve made the difficult but necessary decision to close down Corrie Lodge House.
We’ve tried all we can to keep the lights on up here, and we’ve had some fantastic support from the likes of our local council, Visit South West Scotland, Business Gateway, and Castlemilk Estate. However, the brunt of losing our entire first season, right on top of the startup costs, have proved too much to make the Lodge viable going forward.
If you’ve made a booking with us in the coming months, we’re so, so sorry that we won’t be able to meet you. If you’ve booked via AirBnB or Booking.com, you should be able to cancel your booking and receive a full refund; for direct bookings, please contact us and we’ll arrange a refund as soon as we can.
We’d like to thank everybody who supported us setting up Corrie Lodge House over the last year. It’s been an absolute scunner watching our hard work evaporate over the past months. However, at the end of the day, we’re all safe and well – and we’re relatively lucky compared to so many.
